Second special assessment letters have been mailed out
The second installment of $250.00 for the special assessment is due by May 15th. These funds will be used for the resurfacing of the basketball and tennis courts. You may pay by check to the RCSA at 4733 River College Drive 95841 or via the Zego website (link above in Dues Payment section) Zego does charge a processing fee. We thank everyone for their support with the first installment of this assessment.
Board Meeting Tuesday, APRil 9th
The RCSA Board will have its monthly meeting at the RCSA Pool Cabana at 7 PM, Tuesday May 14th. All HOA residents are welcome.

The River College Square Association (RCSA) is a Streng Bros. Homes common interest community established in 1975. We are located in Sacramento, CA and are walking distance to American River College.
Our community includes access to the following private amenities: Playground with swings and slides, basketball court, 2 tennis courts, 2 full-size pools, and a picnic and barbecue area.
The RCSA Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month.
